Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a guarantee that if a patient is not satisfied with the result of any procedure, we will correct this if surgically possible, without charging any surgical fees. Hospital, material and traveling costs stay for the expense of the patient.
Payment and Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 1000€ is required to reserve your operation date. For all information on how to book: www.facialfeminization.eu/?page_id=985.
Rescheduling date after payment of deposit
More than 30 days before your date of surgery: €250.
Less than 30 days before your date of surgery €1000. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to surgery means also that you will have to look for another surgeon as we wouldn’t reschedule your treatment. For us this means a day we can not work, which is a lot more damage than €1000.
Pictures Discount
We’ll give a 5% discount over our surgical fees if you allow us to use your before and after pictures on our website. We will reimburse this amount after having made your pictures 4 months after the surgery.
